I'm Four Months Old!!!!!

Daisy turned four months old yesterday. Time really speeds by yet it seems like she has been with our family forever. I really have a hard time remembering now what it was like before Daisy came to join us. She is so fabulous and all four of us love her to death. I'm hoping that when she gets a little bigger, I'll be able to get some better photos of her.

The new playhouse is a hit with Abbie and her friends. Amelia and Charlotte came to play yesterday (photos below) and Ruby came over to play today. I'm sure it won't be nearly as appealing when temperatures hit 100+ but it provides hours of entertainment now.

Posting

General Conference - Sunday 9 a.m.

Kyle & Daisy - Friday before school
Posting for the next few weeks will be sporatic at best. We are getting ready to do some work on the house so everything will be moved around for awhile, including the computer. I probably won't be whipping out the camera to take many photos during that time either (I'm bad at it even when my house is in one piece). So, you may see something from time to time, you may not. But once we are put back together I'll try to get back on blogging track again.

April Fools, Kyle

Tripp and I totally got Kyle this morning for April Fools Day. We told him that since he complains and can never do chores correctly (we barely ask him to do anything) that we were going to send him to chore camp while the rest of the Marz family spent the week in Newport Beach. I even printed a fake color flyer about the camp and we told him they were going to send us a video and brochure in the mail. The camp would be chores from morning until night...something of a chore boot camp for kids who misbehave. He got into trouble at school yesterday so he was in some trouble anyway and didn't have a problem believing our story. He just looked at us and said, "Okay" but wanted to know how many other kids there would be helping him with the chores.

Tripp really laid it on thick and Kyle was buying it. Then I asked him what day it was and he said he didn't know so we told him it was April Fools Day. He started laughing and crying at the same time. He thought it was a pretty funny joke so he was laughing but really didn't want to go to chore camp so was crying with relief.
